Alkalizing is an essential part in our health. This counts for all food, but also for the energy at home and at work. Stress of any kind, be it environmental, emotional or physical in form of junk food contributes to overall acidity and provides an inner milieu for illness to manifest.
Keeping our drinking water, the most important "food", alkaline and energized must be our prime goal.
